Arch Sinclair, Middlesex, Butler County, PA. interesting to note that James B Sinclair named his son Archibald. 

Samuel Sinclair, Versailles, Allegheny County, PA. 

Samuel Sinclair, Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County, PA. 

I can find no other Sinclair households in or around Allegheny county in 1800.
