Correct except the exact location of birth was in Ovelgonne, Prussia was part of the Oldenburg Province. While Prussia is part of Germany now, at the time of his birth and his immgation to America, Prussia was not part of Germany.

    Grandma's Bible states she died in Moundridge, Kansas on January 25, 1832 and was buried in Pretty Prairie, Kansas.


    Later in another typed copy, her birthdate is July 22, 1849 in Oldenburg.

    She had 8 children according to G'ma H Bible. She had 9 that I have found documented.
